PAYMENT BLOCKED?

I’ve been made aware that some people are experiencing issues with payment. If you receive an error when processing payment, it typically means that your bank or card issuer has temporarily blocked the transaction for security reasons. This is often due to fraud protection measures, insufficient funds, or card restrictions. I am working on getting this resolved with Squarespace.

What you can do in the meantime:

  1. Contact your bank or card issuer to lift the block or confirm that there are no security alerts on your account.

  2. Try a different payment method like Apple Pay, Klarna, or PayPal which may bypass the issue.

  3. Wait a few minutes and try the transaction again, as some blocks are temporary.
